Poor customer service and inefficiency

They have financed me with the car, but they keep on changing monthly payments without notice Today they send message at 15 :49 that they will deduct the money tomorrow since Monday is a public holiday, and they gave me option to change it, but their office closes at 16:30 . Literally they don't give me option
