Poor customer service and inconsiderate on the early people

Bad service very slow

I went to polokwane branch to resolve my app issue. I started queuing from 8am - 1:30 pm just to get inside and be assisted. The unfortunate part is having 80% of the people on the quie are the elderly and there were no chairs they were sitting on the floor pavement.

All I can say is if you want quality and fast service as you open a new account, stay away from this bank.
