Poor customer service and communication

I app**** for a loan on the 22 July approved and was told funds will be available in 24hrs and i waited literally 30 days for them to tell me its been cancel due an application not allowed the system for more then 30days everytime called the consultants will tell me the same reason. If i didnt call i wouldve known. But the mere fact that consultant that assisted didnt even tell me anything about the 30days or even rep**** to my emails is pathetic i have banked here for 18years i am extremely dissappointed in their service. ***********. I have never in my life struggle to get a loan like i stuggled with nedbank.
