Poor customer service

This branch is a waste of time, client had to wait for 2 hours on a tellers line with just one teller available, I was there to collect my card which was swallowed by the ATM machine and I had to wait 2 hours on the line that had only one teller, I realised that opening a Nedbank account was the worst mistake I made and they will never see me again in their branch
