Poor customer service

Horrible service from the Nedbank in Galleria Mall, I waited for over 25minutes to make a cash deposit. I was the only one in line with no one in front of me. Not a single employee told me the reason for the wait. I’m appalled to even say I bank with Nedbank myself.
