Poor customer service

Nedbank Atteridgeville (Atlyn Mall) trashy bank and the poorest customer services I've ever experienced 😡😡. Went to the bank on the 6th of December 2021 with my mother to place a notice on our 32 days investment account, we have not received the funds till today. My mother went to inquire on the 22 Jan 2022 and she was told the lady that assisted us is on leave and did not process our request, the money won't be released unless we (the signotories) come back again to sign for the release of the funds which we will again wait 32 more days to get the funds into our account. We have jobs to go to and cannot afford to take time off again to wait in their queues, for their slow service to get our money out. I'm closing this account immediately and no longer investing with Nedbank
