poor customer service

I am very disappointed , I have filled a call me back twice on the WEBSITE and a lady called me back I had requested her to call me on my lunch and still no response , I called to day spoke to a guy he had my number tried transferring me to the department were I could open an account call dropped and no one bothered to call back despite having my details ...

I was referred by many to say that Ned Bank was a good bank , how ever this experience has now changed my mind , very disappointed
