Poor customer service

My mom was assisted by a lady on the phone Nokwanda Cele very rude lady who lacks customer service and how to communicate with clients. She has been back and forth from Nedbbank and been sent from pillar to post and ddnt care to tell her tht it's not her problem what ever tht she is going through.
