Poor customer service

I have just changed to Nedbank from other bank but Nedbank customer service online is not helpful even if you calll them in need of their help they can't do lot on the app will still advise you to go to the branch and that is very inconvenience for productive and thier branch is always full with people who need help you spend 2or 3 hours for service

Try and do something about this because it will chase lot of customers away from you including myself.
