Poor Customer Service

I have a personal loan with Nedbank. I've never changed my cell phone number now all of a sudden they have a different number on their systems and cannot assist me in giving me my balances of my loan and I need to go stand in lines at the branch to resolve this.

I feel it is unfair for the problem is clearly on their side.

Every month I pay on time with no issues and this is the way they treat their customers.

I will never suggest Nedbank to anyone.
