Poor customer service

The customer service is poor till today I am still waiting for the Appointment contractor( with a job card) to come and fix my kitchen unit.

Only communication received.

Nedbank Insurance: The quote for your claim C*** has been approved. Since November 2022.

This is happening for the second time.
