Poor customer service

Their customer service is poor. Had an overdraft that I do not know how nedbank allowed it. Contacted their customer agent but she was very rude and had could not explain how the overdraft went through. She even ended the chat without responding to my questions, just left me hanging. I am really disappointed with their customer service. All I want is my money back
