Poor Customer Service

I called your contact center and spoke to lady by the name of Lebo

She was quite rude and spoke in a very condescending tone, I had asked how I rate service and she said after the call and the was no option instead the call cut. What a horrible service and stinking attitude she has I hope to hear from you Nedbank soonest.
