Poor customer service

Good morning, I’m really upset with this bank, I made a payment yesterday however I used incorrect reference number when I call and go to their branch they telling me I can’t reverse the money, my frustration is if I paid the money to incorrect account what could’ve happened, the answer I got was very shocking, which means are money is not save they only care about monthly fees they charging us only, what happens to your money it matters not to them, how can you implement something that will inconvenience your own clients. I’m closing this bank because is not for the people, Monica and Salome those I delt with so unprofessional.
