Poor customer service 💔😭😭

Yoo we have a big problem with this MFC finance insurance like on the 11 August 2024 I've involved in a car accident on Monday I called them by 9 o'clock in the morning I got them by 1 o'clock afternoon, and all of they office transfer you to relevant officers to claim until 4, the following day I call them on Thursday 10 o'clock in the morning the said to me the have problem with they system are down the said I must call within a hour still they're down system on Wednesday I call again still the transfer me to relevant department luckily I found them the said to me the will call me with 24 hours the call me on Tuesday around half pass 3 then and the take statement on what happen then the asked me AR number from police station and accident report I give them on the 16 of August the call me that the busy with my claim till today and that person I was talking to her I was talking with her on WhatsApp *** and tell her that NEDBANK the send me SMS of debt that it will be on 23 of August and she said to me before 22 my claim will be paid off settled cause my car is written off
