Poor customer service

Last year I opened an account with nedbank, I am even receiving my salary at Nedbank, I wanted to apply for Credit elsewhere and I was told that I cannot be helped because the details on my bank statement doesn't match the one on my Identity document, I thought they were bluffing, I then checked my statement on my app, and guess what my surname doesn't appear. Like how is that even possible, when I opened my account I gave them my Identity document and they decided not to put my surname on my bank statement, now to make matters worse, I called their call center and they told me that I have to go to the branch, l live 38 km from the branch, so now I must pour petrol in my car and go to the branch, so I must lose my time and money for a problem that I didn't create, like what kind of a bank is this, I mean what the hell is this, I have never been so frustrated in my life. NEDBANK you can do better than this.
