Poor Customer Service

All was good and well until I needed customer service. This bank’s driving me crazy. I’ve had issues with my home loan twice where it took me calling the customer care more than 5 times on each occasion for resolution. Now, my account was compromised (money ******) and I’ve heard nothing since reporting the matter. No regular updates/feedback about the investigation process. Don’t even know if I’ll get my money back. Yoh, I’m thanks with Nedbank.
