Poor customer service

Almost a year and a half later my daughters card is still being FICA verified.

I opened a children's account online and followed up at several branches including Pinecrest and Pavillion, no one has helped me! I have never been issued a card, I am being told it's waiting for FICA. I brought the original certificate to the Pinecrest and Pavillion branch , it was scanned and I was promised it would be fixed, almost a year and a half close to 2 years Nedbank has not issued the card. I am so disappointed. I bank with nedbank and I wanted to link her account to mine. A very poor service.
