Poor customer service!!!!!

I've had nothing but the worst experience with nedbank. Their customer service is awful, I want to cancel my unit trust. I went to the branch and they advised they couldn't help me, I should call the nedgroup investment call centre. It's been 4 days since trying to get in touch with their customer service. The call gets disconnected after holding for over 20 minutes. Nedbank doesn't take their clients seriously at all.
