Poor Customer Service

<p>While making atm deposit at Gugulethu mall on Sunday 22/10/18, my cash got stuck in the machine (it was rejected by the atm ) this mrng I went to the Nedbank Wynberg to get help, I was told deposit is pending I shld go to Gugulethu. I work in Wynberg I dont hv time, *I asked for the Gugulethu branch fone number, consultant said they dont hv other branches contact details nd I find it very strange, I asked for email add so i can email the incident she didnt evn bother or try to assist she told me plain that I must google it.</p>
