Poor Customer Service 😡😡😡

I went to nedbank ATM to withdraw my last money on Sunday 13 July unfortunately while waiting for the money the machine restarted and the money did not come out and my card also yet on my app money is out.. I tried calling customer service they told me it will reverse its been 3 days now i went to the branch in Protea Glen Mall where the incident occurred they promised that my money will be back into my account by yesterday still now I haven't received my money back when i contact them they telling me stories yet they did verify that the machine was over with R4100 yet am not being assisted but I told them I have an emergency they acted as if they understood my situation but they made me a fool i am not happy with the service they gave me at #Nedbank I WANT MY MONEY!!!! 😡😡😡😡
