Poor customer service

Nedbank is the worst bank eve when it comes to client services I opened two accounts for my children and I only received 1 card due to their abridged system not working it been a month I'm still waiting forbl the card of my son nobody has been updating me whether the system is working or not. Mamelodi branch worse when it comes to feedback.. You will send emails to the manager with no replies.

I will not waste my money traveling to nedbank up and down i will rather change banks period.
