Poor Customer Experience

MFC Nedbank failed to collect the1st premium for my motor vehicle. The consultant I spoke to by the name of Nombulelo Precious Mdingi is the most useless and rude person I have ever spoken to, she is not customer centric. I cannot understand why I should be begging Nedbank to collect a premium. I have spoken to the complaints department my call was cut twice to and no one bothered to call me and the issue is still not resolved,
