POOR CREDIT EVALUATION SKILLS

this is absolutely absurd. I app**** for a R30 000 re-advance on my current bond which is over 7 years old.<br> <br> The fact is that even if they do not extend the term the effect will be a R2.00 difference in my monthly installment!!!<br> Second fact: My disposable income monthly is 41% of my total month<br> Third fact I have been paying them R1 400.00 more than my actual installment every month, so what is R2.00 going to make a difference.<br> <br> Yes, very poor excuse and credit evaluation skills I must say and very disappointing. And they still invite you to apply for a re-advance but declines for a R2.00 difference.<br> <br> Come on I can understand if we were talking about R2 000.00 but its not the case<br> <br> the ref no of application ***-3
