Poor communication with their clients
They are no giving a darn about their clients since I've log my vehicle claim on 23rd of December last year till today they haven't respond to me when I call the they going around around

16 Jan 2024, 12:13My car was towed from th accident in kzn while I was on holidays then on the 27 December they did an assessment on the vehicle. When I call on the 08th of January the call on the call told me that my car was written off . Ok I think someone appointed on this claim Asanda Ngolo was suppose to Call me and explain the matter and the process, right now I'm sitting without a car without full update and yesterday other guy told 3 the se thing that the car is a write off what is holding nedbank from communicating with me.
