Poor communication from Nedbank

I have recently registered my home loan with Nedbank on 27th May 2026. I received confirmation and the deductions have been going off against my account as communicated. I have called Nedbank for enquiries on my home loan for a few days now with the same account number as provided and not a single person is able to help me - for some reason this account number is not registered with Nedbank. Im shocked! In the bond registration there is no accurate contact details and i have never received by bond documents!
