Poor Communication

I have been asking for a simple STATEMENT now for a week to no avail. I want to settle my load but I first made a small deposit to be sure it is the correct bank account. I just want to see if that deposit is reflecting. I am also abroad so can not phone or login to my profile. WHY IS IT SO DIFFICULT TO GET A STATEMENT. None of the email addresses reply. A family member phoned then I first had to send a permission letter and copy of ID which I did. But I am STILL waiting for a reply. No man.
