Poor Communication!!

I’ve app**** for a credit card a while ago. I have raised a complaint regarding the application. A lady called me and did the same application process with me after my Hellopeter complaint. I have received an sms that I am approved for a credit card, I only have to send my bank statements to the given email address which was given the previous time and which I was doing the previous time as well. PS: I am a Nedbank client as well - can’t they see my bank statements?? Since then (about 2 weeks ago) I havent received any feedbac**** I am disgusted with the service and will close my business and personal account this week! I am not hard up on a credit card, but the principal is that the service is very poor!! No communication at all!!
