Poor client services from NEDBANK

My account was de*****ed , whereby transactions were happening without my knowledge upon discovering i reported the matter to the bank and had my account blocked until investigations are concluded. this matter was also reported to the police.

since this matter was reported i have not received any feedback from the bank as to what happened, why was are not getting notifications about the transactions, why my account was exposed to *****ulent activities and them not detecting the *****ulent activities.
