Poor client service at its best, Nedbank

Nedbank Sucks, Poor client service 😤😤. 25th I called them to close migoal account and also requested them to move my policy from my goal account to my other account. My account was 2 months in arrears of service fee of about R538'88 and I paid all the outsdanding balance and move my policy to other account. The ca centre consultant closed the account but on my suprise 2 days later, the account was still active not closed and another service fee of R 240 was charged 😱😱 for what? bare in mind I also have a business account with them 😱😱😱 today the 27th of October I went inside the branch at Behlar/Airport mall in person to quries this, I was suprised when I was confronted by a nusty attitute 😤😤 the teller was nothing close being friendly but very rude... Shame on them, the way they treat their clients, sucks... Before I decided to go to the branch I let is slide the explanation that I got from their call centre agent... **** bank realy.. I need to move my business with them they dont have reapect for their clients
