Poor Client Service

Nedbank Norwood is the worst when it comes to customer service. We have been waiting for more than an hour with no communication from the consultants no qmatic system and the consultant are very dismissive. As my first time client with Nedbank I would not recommend banking here unless you have time to sit at the bank for the whole day 😤
