Poor client retention

INedbank gave me a loan of R 200 000.00 and a credit card as well as an overdraft. Now that my loan are almost paid up, i need to make another loan, yet they now say that the system shows that i am under debt review and cannot help me. I have shown them even with the first loan that my name is cleared thus why they gave me a loan. Again i have submitted the same documentation to them as i did then, but they bluntly refuse to help me.
