Poor Card Division services
On the 11th of February 2020 I contacted the the cards division to have my cards blocked and have new cards delivered to me in London, UK. The consultant informed me that my cards have indeed been blocked but was having trouble issuing the new cards thereafter stating she would escalate the case and contact me either via email or telephonically to which I gave her my UK phone. I never received any form of communication regarding the matter until I called on the 15th of February 2020 to which the consultant informed me that the matter was indeed escalated and the matter was resolved on 13th of February. The cards would be delivered to me by the 18th of February and if not I should call the card division.
Today 19th of February I called the card division and to my disbelief the cards have not been issued as the distribution department did not received instruction to deliver the cards abroad. I clearly stated on every call that the cards have to be delivered to my UK address which I did give but somehow I find myself repeating my UK address to each consultant I speak to!! What I find strange is if they have not received instructions of where the card should be delivered why was I not contact and where are these cards being delivered to?!
This has become a massive inconvenience considering that I am paying R140 for each card as well as a delivery fee of R600 for each card for matter that has been treated haphazardly not to mention the calls that I had to make costing me roughly £200 (R4000) not to mention, having to wait another 2 weeks (and to be honest I'm praying you honour that) only because theres incompetence at Nedbank. I’ve ran out of money abroad and the only access I have is through those cards which you fail to deliver.
Let it be noted that I am expecting compensation because as a service provider not living up to the expectation you’ve set-out.
