Poor business service

Last month I transferred money from my Nedbank account to my Capitec account. I received SMS notification showing that the money was out but the money never got into my Capitec account. I never received SMS notification showing that the money was reversed until today. In addition, there was a debit order that went through my account but I didn't receive any SMS notification until i went to the nearest branch to find out where my money went. The SMS notification is very important. Nedbank must resolve this problem because it's stressful to their customers.
