Poor banking (deposit)

On the 6th of May2020 my Husband and I went to the ATM at Nedbank premier mine in Cullinan Pretoria to Deposit some of our Savings. My husband went to the ATM as I was waiting in the car. He than made the first deposit of R8300. 00 in to my account and all was good. He came back to the car to get more money and went straight back to the ATM to deposit the money. He put some money into the ATM and the ATM started counting the money as my Husband had money left in his pocket he pressed the add more money option and put the money in the ATM as well the ATM started counting once again and went back to the normal startup screen. The amount of R10000. 00 never went to my account. On the 7th of May 2020 at 9:00 we went to the same branch to open a case. The lovely lady that was helping us said there is no need to worry as they will sort it out and it takes about 4 to 5 working days. It has Been 2 weeks now and still nothing. We are working on the case with a lady is really trying her best to help us but it seems that the Nedbank Head office is not really on the case. We have people to pay and food to buy and we cant wait any longer.
