Poor Assistance and Customer Service

I have contacted the call center 2 weeks ago, and still have not been assisted as per my request. I have made numerous phone calls and sent emails. And no one can seem to assist me. I have been on hold for the past 2 days due to high call volume. This seems to be the only way to get attended to
