Poor Asistance from Nedbank

I have a long outstanding personal loan with Nedbank. i had paid on my personal capacity & then went onto debt review when i couldn't afford payment anymore. My Debt Councillor had misled me with many things & Nedbank was of no help in rectifying them either. Long story short i am now able to free the entire amount off. i have contacted Nedbank many times to get a settlement figure & was not successful in understanding all the different amounts given. Every consultant i spoke to had given me a figure & when questioned i was then referred back to the debt councilor. Can somebody please give me a call to discuss my options as i do want to pay off Nedbank. If i keep the money any longer i may not be able to pay off this debt. PLEASE ASSIST.
