Poor and slow service

I am at the richards bay branch to collect a credit card and asked to wait in the tellers que.5 ppl in front of me and waiting 30 min and still 2 ppl infront.1 teller and diabled ppl getting preference.So when does the que move....no enquires available where we can get help.Floor attendent not helpfull to.
