Pooor poor, baaad no communication not easy contact them

Nedbank stopped the payment from the conveyor attorneys without communicating with me, leaving me frustrated trying to call them but guess no one know even nedbank assisted sale, credit dept, no one knows who sent the email or call the conveyor attorneys to stop the payment for my bond refund, no communication, and I never agreed to to any arrangements with them regarding the money , when call no one knows who did what like they dont know who is who who did what,like that so....so unprofessional nd personal. ****k
