Poo client service for years

Client Service at Nedbank Jubilee Mall is so pathetic. They have 3 years having system problems. If systems are not offline they just sleep on the job. After queuing for 3 hours they tell me that their card issuing machine is offline. Useless branch, with useless staff that doesn't communicate with clients.
