Policy Claim Outstanding since from 2019 till date

My Policy number: P*** I hoping to speak to someone that is willing to assist me regarding a claim that was logged on the 30th of December 2019 and to date is outstanding. There's been no feedback whatsoever, which for a company as big as Nedbank to avoid its customers like this makes me think twice if we still want to do business with you.

I've attached some of the emails sent trying to get help but nothing so far.

Can I have this matter resolved, its a rainy season and I'm concerned that with the roof tiles that haven't been replaced, it might just cause roof leaks.
