Policy cancelled while payments are made promptly

We've been having issues with this Policy ever since we have opened it, we make payments promptly but we all we get is sms's telling us that the policy is cancelled because payment was not received. Previously we were told to ignore the sms's because the policy is still active. We just checked again and we are told that the policy has lapsed????? what happened to the payments we made since the inception of this policy? we have never skipped a month and this policy is paid to date according to our records! Please upgrade your systems if it causing issues! I'm just disgusted with your services, i actually think you should refund me all the monies i paid into this policy so that i can g elsewhere! This is Pathetic! i will not stand this nonsense!
