Policy cancellation

I made a deposit end of January 2017 with Nedbank (Guaranteed growth plan ) and signed for a fixed investment, did one withdrawal end September 2017 and used the money for my husband multiple medical tests and it was discovered that he has CANCER of a lung which requires biopsy not later than January 2018 and chemotherapy soon thereafter. I am now in a predicament situation where I am desperate for MY money and I believe that the terms and conditions of the policy can be set aside based on the issue. If I had known that he was going to be diagnosed with this deadly deasese, I would have surrendered my policy in September. I am pleading with Nedbank to reconsider my policy and allow me to close it or sell the policy to someone else and or paying a fee that you deem fair. Regards Ms Moabelo
