Pointing of a fire am by a security guard

Good day. I went to the Nedbank, City Centre branch in Pietermaritzburg to deposit the money. while queuing there, the guard ordered us to move closer to the people who are busy operating the machines, i then reasoned with him that doing so would be encroaching on the privacy of people who are busy using the machine - and i refused. He was having non of it, he said he works there and we must do as he says. the argument ensued to which he eventually pulled a fire arm on me and threatened to shoot. i went inside the bank to get his name from the manager, The Manager was less helpful and less polite - to a client who has just had a gun pointed at him.
