Pocket pos useless

A couple of months ago we requested a pocket pos. It took two months for delivery with passing the buck a common excuse. Once we received it it was just dropped off nothing else. After weeks of struggeling to get it connected with all its quirks it is just a useless piece of product. If not fully charged it does not work. If plugged in it does not work, if the card is put in too quickly it does not work. It is a nightmare using this product and there is very little care from Nedbank. They have sold you a product and thats that. Dont fall for this gimmick you will have an unhappy time with it.
