Pocket Pos Issue

Really disappointed with the service I have received from this bank, for the past 3 months I have been begging them to assist with my Pocket Pos machine everyone at the Bank seems to have no idea what is that let alone have interest. I have had to make calls cause the Bank staff doesn't want to assist since 03 March until today June. And on top of that there is money being withheld from me with no care. I curse the day I bought the Pocket Pos machine from Nedbank should have gotten iKhokha or Yocco or something like that.
