Our geyser is insured with nedbank,they appointed dalumi construction to come have look. They found that the element burned out, while they were busy replacing the element they touched DSTV cables on the roof,now the dstv is not working since Monday. Error msg they is no signal due to faulty installation. All along the dstv was working fine. When I call them now they say they never touched the cables they don't deal with dstv. Poor service
