Pls open my account and bring back my money

it was closed.The person they claim reported my account ddnt do anything,his account was flagged and he sent me money for child support since hes my baby daddy so where do I enter in his account matters.Nedbank pls open my account. Im yet to open a case and take this to ombudsman
