Pleased New Client: Great Service from Thato Maboee

I write to compliment a Nedbank sales consultant: Thato Maboee.

A gentleman with impeccable service and poise. The great deals he offered on the table did minimum to woe me over to become a Nedbank client; it was more the exceptional service I received from him, the respect he showed over phone, the confidence and patience over the phone and the assurance I got as he told me how safe I would be with the bank. His dedication to the brand is very evident.

In the same spirit, I would complain had I received a mediocre service or below standard service, I should also pass my pleased remarks.

I am very happy with his service and I wish him every success in his career. He follows up, up until the very end. I am really understating how pleased I am with his service but I do hope that this remark will make Nedbank realise that amongst them they have a real asset and a golden gem: Thato Maboee
