Please remind me to do my job!

This morning I phoned the call center as I would like something as simple as an address on my statement! That was given to Nedbank 6 times, I was then re-directed to my business manager at Clearwater, her response: I have an appointment at 13:00 and 15:00 today, when I asked can I see you at 9:00am tomorrow she said I can just come in and ask for her she is not making an appointment for me as she is not on the system yet. This is very confusing as she told me a couple of seconds earlier about all her other appointments that are clearly confirmed.

An hour later she got back to me and said: Check the app, if it does not work you the client can remind me to do my job when it is convenient after 14:00! This is a joke as none of my customers reminds me to do my job!

This is the worst customer service I have had in my life from any bank!
